
For the fourth time, India’s bid to designate Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a “global terrorist” by the United Nations Security Council was once again blocked by China. On Wednesday, March 13, China, a member that holds veto power at the UNSC, put a “technical hold” on the proposition which was forwarded by the UK, US, and France- in the wake of the Pulwama attack in February.
